Dr pharm. Salome VON GREYERZ, MAS Applied Ethics, MAS Health Care Management, Head of the Healthcare and Related Professions Division at the Federal Office of Public Health, Switzerland. Salome has a long track record as a health policy specialist in leading positions within the Federal Office of Public Health where she works since 2002. In addition to overseeing the National Palliative Care Strategy 2010-2015, the National Dementia Strategy 2014-2019 and the subsequent national platforms, she has been responsible for the introduction of the National Cancer Registry and the Electronic Patient Record at the federal level. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she co-led the Federal Office's Covid-19 Task Force. More recently, she took on the role of General Project Manager for the implementation of the Nursing Care Initiative. Salome is an avid cyclist and is committed to the education of healthcare professionals, participating as a lecturer in various training programmes.
