Welcome reception
At the end of our first conference day, we kindly invite you to join us for drinks, snack and light entertainment at the Congress centre from 19.00 to 20.30.
The welcome reception is open to all delegates with a full registration ticket. The music entertainment is provided by Banda Rulli Frulli and supported by the Emilia Romagna region.
Get-together for people with dementia
All people with dementia and their carers registered at the conference are invited to join a get-together for people with dementia.
This event is hosted by the EWGPWD (European Group of People with Dementia) and will take place on Monday 6 October from 11.00 to 13.30 at the Congress Center.
During this event, we will welcome you to the event and you will have time to meet and chat with members of the EWGPWD and other people with dementia from different European countries who are attending the conference. There will be a cold buffet lunch, and members of staff will also take you on a walking guided tour to show you around the conference venue.
Closing ceremony
To conclude the conference, attendees will also be treated to an uplifting performance by the Ologramma Argento, a choral group composed of older adults (over 65) with a strong focus on inclusion, memory, and community engagement based in the Emilia-Romagna region.
