Sonata Maciulskyte is a 46 years old Lithuanian. She is Chair of EDCWG and a board member of „Dementia Lithuania“. She is a family carer for almost 10 years when her mother was diagnosed with Parkinson‘s desease, and early signs of dementia related behaviour changes started to show up in her mother shortly after the PD diagnosis. She was awarded a doctoral degree in Social Sciences, she is an associate professor, and currently serves as the vice-rector of a University.
