On 22 July 2025, the Luxembourg Ministry of Research renewed the accreditation of Alzheimer Europe as a Luxembourg non-profit organisation in the field of research. This accreditation was first granted to us in 2015, for a five-year period, with the first renewal in 2020. The renewal of this accreditation, which is for a further five years (to 2030), allows us to continue to participate in projects with the EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) or The Active and Assisted Living Programme (AAL). It also allows us to receive funding from the national funding agency “Fonds national pour la recherche” (FNR).
