#36AEC is officially recognised as an Associated Event of the Irish Presidency

We are delighted to announce that the 36th Alzheimer Europe Conference has been officially recognised as an Associated Event of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2026. This recognition reflects the conference's place as a key European forum for dialogue and collaboration on dementia, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders from across the dementia community.

Taking place in Dublin, Ireland, from 27-29 October 2026, the conference will bring together people with dementia, carers, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers and industry representatives from across Europe and beyond.
Held under the theme "Sláinte: Building momentum in dementia through policy, research and partnership", the conference will provide a forum for exchanging knowledge, sharing experiences and exploring developments in dementia research, care and policy.
