Cognitive and mental disorders such as Dementia, Alzheimer´s, depression and Parkinson's disease, some of them closely related to ageing populations, have high social and economic burden. Nowadays, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, gerontologists and general practitioners rely on subjective, time-consuming semi-structured interviews and their knowledge and expertise to detect cognitive and mental disorders. Braingaze presents MindTrack, an unique, patented observer-independent support tool for the early detection and treatment monitoring of these disorders based on the analysis of small, involuntary eye movements (cognitive vergence). Our solution includes our own biometric software platform with interactive games designed to capture eye-related information and a remote cloud server for data interpretation thanks to the AI algorithms. MindTrack technology which falls into the Healthcare Information Technology market, has been already validated for ADHD and dyslexia detection (92% accuracy) and treatment with leading hospitals across Europe and now we want to develop a new marketable tool for the early detection, objective diagnosis and treatment monitoring of these other cognitive and mental disorders.
