Anti-Stigma Award 2025

Alzheimer Europe and the Alzheimer Europe Foundation would like to award a European artist active in the field of painting or photography for their work which contributed to combating stigma and promoting a positive image of dementia and people living with dementia.

The award is open to artists established in a  member country of Alzheimer Europe for work which has been produced in the past three years (2022-2025).

The award is open to entries in the fields of painting and photography. Interested artists should send information on their work via the application form by 1 September at the latest. Organisations wishing to nominate an artist may do so, but will need the written consent of the artist they nominate.

The awards will consist of a cash prize of EUR 5,000 for the first prize, EUR 2,500 for second prize and EUR 1,250 for third prize. The awards, together with a trophy, will be presented at an award ceremony organised in Brussels on 2 December 2025.
