The United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD Committee) has published information on the countries that will be reviewed over the course of 2023. In March 2023, Lithuania will be examined in relation to the identified “list of issues”. In addition, across August and September 2023, concluding observations will be made in relation to Austria and Germany. In September 2023, the Committee will discuss the list of issues relating to Finland, whilst also considering the list of issues prior to reporting, in relation to Slovenia. Further European countries are identified for future sessions, however, the dates for these sessions have not yet been shared.
