Štefanija L. Zlobec, president of Spominčica - Alzheimer Slovenija attended the Croatian Congress on Alzheimer’s Disease with International Participation, CROCAD-22, held in Supetar on the island of Brač, Croatia, from 5 to 8 October 2022. To highlight the most recent scientific findings regarding Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other causes of dementia, the organisers invited various national and international speakers. A specific focus was on topics pertaining to caregivers and care for people with dementia. Among the invited speakers, Štefanija L. Zlobec presented her organisation's activities in the field of. As part of the programme, she introduced the video “Dementia Friendly Points”, which Spominčica prepared in cooperation with the company Novartis. She also prepared and gave a lecture on dementia-friendly society and Dementia-Friendly Points in Slovenia, and participated as moderator of certain sets of lectures, at the conference.
