On 21 September, Remynd, a clinical-stage biotech company developing novel treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, announced it had secured a EUR 3.5 million strategic investment from the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) in the clinical development of REM392, the company’s lead candidate for the treatment of mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. The investment will support a Phase 1b study in patients, expected to start in early 2027.
