The PROMINENT consortium meets in Stockholm, Sweden for their Annual General Assembly

02/10/2026

On 1-2 October, members of the PROMINENT consortium met in Stockholm for their annual general assembly. Hosted by the Karolinska Institutet at the Stockholm World Trade Center, around 30 members of the project partners met to review the current achievements within the scope of PROMINENT’s work objectives.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to interact during group discussions on where PROMINENT could increase collaboration with other IHI projects and gather ideas for contribution and sustainability. To support the progress in Work Packages 1 and 4, they also held a workshop to brainstorm on what additional knowledge and uses can be extracted from the data collected in the project.

Within the consortium, Alzheimer Europe leads communication, stakeholder engagement and Public Involvement activities in PROMINENT. During the meeting, Public Involvement Lead Ana Diaz presented the key topics covered by the Public Involvement Advisory Board meetings earlier this year and where they will also contribute to future work package activities. Project Officer Margarita Reyes provided an overview of the current communication activities and proposed a new targeted approach involving stronger stakeholder engagement as part of the new communication strategy for the project.
