On 23 September, a new "The Lancet Series" was published, focusing on Alzheimer's disease (AD). Authored by 40 leading AD experts, The Lancet Series on the new clinical landscape in Alzheimer’s Disease summarises the current understanding and highlights crucial next steps in diagnostics, treatment and prevention of AD. A launch event was held at Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG) and online. Alzheimer Europe Director for Research Angela Bradshaw took part in the launch meeting.
