The University of Luxembourg-led GetBrainHealthy project has launched "Let's Talk Brain Health", a multilingual survey (DE, FR, PT, EN) designed to explore people's knowledge, perceptions and everyday habits related to brain health. The survey aims to better understand how individuals engage with brain health information and what support they need to adopt and maintain brain-healthy lifestyles.

The findings will contribute to ongoing research and help inform the development of more effective, accessible and evidence-based brain health communication and prevention strategies. By taking part, participants can help researchers identify knowledge gaps, address common misconceptions about brain health and improve public awareness of lifestyle factors that support lifelong brain health.

GetBrainHealthy is a project funded by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) and led by researchers at the University of Luxembourg. The initiative aims to make reliable brain health information accessible to everyone and to support healthy behaviour change through a combination of educational resources and personalised guidance. The project highlights the importance of everyday lifestyle factors that contribute to brain health across the lifespan.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is open until the end of August. Every response will help strengthen research efforts and support future brain health promotion activities.
