Brain Health Scotland launched its “Keep SPORT in Mind” campaign on 1 April 2023. Aimed at fans from across all sports, to help them learn about key ways to keep their brains healthy, by discovering the five themes covered by S-P-O-R-T:

• Protect
• Optimise
• Rest
• Train.
