Alzheimer Switzerland has launched alzpeer, the first of its kind digital community platform in Switzerland for people with dementia and their loved ones, which combines personal exchange among peers with expert knowledge, thus offering support throughout the entire course of the disease Alzpeer empowers those affected to share lived experiences, find encouragement, and strengthen self-efficacy. It is available 24/7 in three official languages (German, French and Italian). It bridges the real-world offers in the 21 regional sections of Alzheimer Switzerland with the online option. The platform can serve for getting in touch as well as staying in contact over time and complements the services.
