The Patient Organization Forum organised by the Institute of Patient Rights and Health Education took place in Warsaw on 10-11 February 2025. This Forum brought together over 200 patient organisations from all over Poland. For the first time, one of the panels was devoted to brain diseases. Representing the Ministry of Health, Director Dagmara-Korbasinska Chwedczuk, said that the first Polish Dementia Plan is being developed at the Ministry. Dr Edyta Ekwinska (pictured, left) from Alzheimer Polska spoke about the situation of people living with dementia in Poland.
