On 27 October, during the 36th Alzheimer Europe Conference (36AEC) in Dublin, representatives of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) met with the Board of Directors and the Management Team of Alzheimer Europe (AE). AE was delighted to welcome Dr Faith Mwangi-Powell, new CEO of ADI, together with Chris Lynch, Deputy CEO, Director of Policy, Research, Communications & Publications, and Gloria Mantineor, Membership Manager, to the meeting and to 36AEC. During the meeting, Jean Georges, Executive Director, gave a brief introduction to AE’s aims and activities. The current collaboration framework between the two organisations was also discussed, with suggestions around further ways in which we can work together in the future.
We look forward to continuing and expanding the existing collaboration with ADI, as part of the international dementia community. Find out more about our partnership with ADI, here: https://www.alzheimer-europe.org/our-work/partners/alzheimers-disease-international
