Muistiliitto (Alzheimer Society of Finland)

Muistiliitto is Finland’s dementia organisation. We campaign for the rights of people with dementia and their caregivers, raise awareness of dementia, disseminate information and offer advice.

Our 40 local dementia associations across Finland offer information, activities and peer support to people with dementia and their loved ones. 18 associations run Muistiluotsi expert and support centres with dementia professionals. The associations have nearly 14 000 members.

Muistiliitto was established in 1988.
