On the www.alzheimersverige.se website anyone interested (professional or private) is encouraged to call the cost-free telephone number: https://www.alzheimersverige.se/stod-radgivning/telefonradgivning/ where it is possible to speak in Farsi, Serbian, Croatian, Swedish, English and Danish. The information about the helpline is in Swedish but there are different numbers for people speaking different languages.
Monday to Thursday: 08.30 - 16.30, Friday: 8.30 - 15.00. Tel: 020- 73 76 10.
All staff answering the incoming calls have direct or thorough professional experience of being a carer for people with dementia in the Swedish care-context. However, no specific ethnic or cultural caregiving expertise is targeted to a specific minority group
