Description
Dementia Ireland strives to build awareness of Dementia and End of life Care in Communities, to break the stigma attached to a dementia diagnosis, to empower individuals and communities through knowledge and understanding. The Campaign aims to reach residents in the most remote rural locations. Ensure the less heard voice is reached and listened too. As the campaign is led by individuals who are sharing their lived experience the initiative guarantees the authentic voice is acknowledged and heard.
