Panhellenic Federation of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders organises four online events during November, focusing on rights, empowerment and care

On 4 November 2021, Alzheimer Hellas held on an online event on "Moral and legal rights of patients with dementia and of their caregivers - Information on benefits and allowances". Magda Tsolaki, Professor of Neurology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), neurologist-psychiatrist, theologian and President of the Panhellenic Federation of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders coordinated the event. Eleanna Sia, psychologist- neuropsychologist talked about the European programme Erasmus Plus. Kiriakaki Irini informed the public about draft law on dementia, while Tsokanari Ioanna, social worker, gave information on benefits and allowances.

On 10 November, under the auspices of the Panhellenic Federation, the public benefit care association Frontizo organised an online event entitled "Caring…for Dementia". Theodoropoulos Dimitrios, social worker and General Manager at Frontizo, presented the actions of his association. Frounta Maria, psychologist and Scientific Officer presented the day centre for people with dementia in Patras and Georgousi Vassiliki, psychologist, Liaison Program, gave a discourse about the connection of the day centre with local government structures. Finally, Susani Theofani-Maria, social worker and Project- Coordinator and Markou Alexandra, psychologist and Project Manager talked about the Home Dementia Intervention Program.

On 17 November, the Panhellenic Federation organised an online event on “Coloring the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers”, in collaboration with the Association of Alzheimer Disease and Related Disorders of Halkida. Zagkas Dimitrios talked about individual and group interventions of mental empowerment during the pandemic period and Kalavri Christina, psychologist- criminologist, made a presentation on support for the rights of the «golden age» in the region of Central Greece. Aggelidou Evaggelia, mental health counsellor, psychotherapist and President of the Halkida association presented "Innovative tools to enhance mental resilience in three-generation households”. Finally, on 24 November, Alzheimer Athens presented its actions in the context of an online meeting with the Panhellenic.
