On 17 November, the book “Wandering the Wards” was published. Authors Katie Featherstone and Andy Northcott provide a detailed and unflinching ethnographic examination of everyday life within the contemporary hospital, focusing on the everyday care of the largest patient group: people living with dementia. The book, which is open access and free to download, has been written with support from INTERDEM.
