Ingrid Hellström (RN, PhD) is a Professor of Gerontological Nursing at Marie Cederschiöld University in Stockholm, Sweden.
She has a background in clinical gerontological nursing, and her main research interests focus on the care and support of people living with dementia and their families, particularly couples living at home.
She is dedicated to actively involving people with dementia in research and advocates for a relationship-centred approach to care, alongside a person-centred one.
