Welcome reception
At the end of our first conference day, we kindly invite you to join us for drinks, snack and light entertainment at the CICG from 18.30 to 20.00.
The welcome reception is open to all delegates with a full registration ticket.
The folk trio CORSIN will entertain us during our reception.
With René, the yodeling singer, spoon player, Gérald on the accordion, vocals and Sylvain on the alphorn, saxophones, musical saw, bells..they perform around Lake Geneva and throughout Switzerland and interpret the typical Swiss repertoire, sometimes with a fresher and more jazzy touch.
Get-together for people with dementia
All people with dementia and their carers registered at the conference are invited to join a get-together for people with dementia.
This event is hosted by the EWGPWD (European Working Group of People with Dementia) and will take place on Tuesday 8 October from 10.30 to 13.00 at the CICG.
During this event, we will welcome you to the event and you will have time to meet and chat with members of the EWGPWD and other people with dementia from different European countries who are attending the conference. There will be a cold buffet lunch, and members of staff will also take you on a walking guided tour to show you around the conference venue.
