About
I have been living in Warsaw since I was born. I helped care for several years for my Aunt who had Alzheimer's dementia.
I am a psychologist and therapist and in my everyday work, I conduct therapy and workshops aimed at counteracting exclusion and marginalisation of retired people. I also work with people with memory problems. My main areas of interest are neuropsychology, psychotherapy and mindfulness training.
In 2022, I took part in an Erasmus+ project in the UK and Greece which looked at the effects of non-pharmacological therapy for people with dementia. It made a great impact on me.
In my family life, I have been married for eight years. These days, together with my husband, we take care of an older dog who is our great friend.
