The ETNIMU project provides customer-oriented group-based activities for Russian, Estonian and Somali speakers as well as older people in the Roma population and their relatives. The project has developed a multidisciplinary support network and care chain for older people, their relatives, social and healthcare professionals and educational institutions, taking into account the special needs of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The network provides information about promoting brain health, exercises and activities, as well as cultural sensitivity in memory work for different ethnic groups in their own mother tongue based on the experience in Finland.
