  • Graduate in Psichology and Ph.D in Educational Sciences. Extraordinary award in Grade and Doctorate. Research award Ciutat de Palma.
  • Since 1993 she is University Lecturer and from 2006 she became University professor. She has been in England and United States as Researcher. She has developed different positions as responsable:
  • Director of Research Lab on Family and Coexistence Modalities (LIFAC) in UIB (University of Balearic Islands).
  • Director of University Master on Socioeconomic Intervention with Minors and Family (MISO) in UIB.
  • 1997-1998. Founder and Director during 12 years of Senior Open Universty (Universitat Oberta per a Majors, UOM) in UIB.
  • 2006. Founder and Director during 12 years of the Chair on Support to Dependency and Promotion of Personal Autonomy in UIB.
  • 2007. Founder and Director during 10 years of the Summer Senior University (UIB).
  • 2006. Founder and Director during 12 years of the Yearbook on Ageing in Balearic Islands.
  • 2004. Member of Editorial Board and, since 2015, Director of the Yearbook on Education in Balearic Islands
  • Coordinator of Annual Report of Activities of the Economic and Social Council on Educational Situation in Balearic Islands. (2002-2009)
  • Associate Dean of Social Education (1999-2001)
  • Deputy Director of Pedagogy and Specific Didactics Department (2007-2017).

She has developed Research Projects (58): 8 Europeans, 11 National, 39 Regional. She has been IP of the Research and Educational and Social Training Group (GIFES-UIB). She has elaborated individually and in collaboration more than 400 publications: articles, chapters, and books. She has contributed with more than 500 inputs to presentations, communications and conferences in national and international congresses.
