Registration fees
Online registration is open from 30 April to 1 December 2021. Please see below for registration fees.

The full registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Access to poster presentations
- Access to chat rooms
- Access to exhibitor and sponsor pages
- Access to the videos after the conference till 15 March 2022
Special registration fees for people with dementia
If you are a person with dementia, the registration fee is EUR 25. People with dementia registered by a member association of Alzheimer Europe are entitled to a free registration, please contact your national organisation to be registered.
Members will be able to register 10 people with dementia for free.

Special registration fees for members of Alzheimer Europe
If you are a member or staff member of a member association of Alzheimer Europe, you will be able to benefit from the following reduced registration rates.
Members will be able to book 20 delegates at reduced rate.

Special registration fees for students
If you are a full-time student, you are entitled to the following reduced rates:

To be able to register with the reduced student rate, you must present proof of full-time enrolment at a University or College. Please upload an official letter from your university/college attesting your full-time student status.
Press Pass
Press passes are available for journalists covering the 31st Alzheimer Europe Conference. Such press passes are only available for accredited members of the news media who are on assignment to cover the conference. To benefit from a free press pass for the conference, please upload a scan of your official accreditation (business card, press card) to certify that you are a member of the news media. In addition, please upload a scan of an official letter on your news media outlet's letterhead confirming that you are on assignment to cover the Annual Conference.
Please note that press passes are not available for delegates presenting an oral presentation or poster at the Annual Conference. All such delegates will be required to register for the conference by the early bird registration deadline.
Sponsors registrations
Sponsors will receive a voucher code or link to obtain their free registration according to the sponsorship package.
Gold sponsorship – 4 registrations
Silver sponsorship – 2 registrations
Bronze sponsorship – 1 registration
Keynote speakers
Keynote speakers will receive a voucher code or link to obtain one free registration.
Payment
When making your online registration, you can choose to pay online or to pay by bank transfer.
All payments including on-site registrations will be done in EUR.
You will receive an invoice after processing you registration and a confirmation of payment after payment has been received.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation and change policy for registrations
Any changes to a registration must be sent to Alzheimer Europe in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).
Changes to a delegate's name are possible for an administrative fee of EUR 10 until 15 September.
For cancellations received by 15 September, reservations will be refunded less EUR 15 for administrative costs.
After this date, no refund will be possible.
