Anne-Sophie Rigaud


Professor Anne-Sophie Rigaud (MD, PhD in Neurosciences) is a geriatrician and psychiatrist. She is a Professor of Geriatrics at Paris Descartes University.

Prof. Rigaud heads a geriatric department in Broca hospital, a Research Unit dedicated to cognitive disorders (EA 4468 Paris Descartes), a living lab (LUSAGE lab which is member of European Network of Living Labs-ENOLL) and the French National Centre of Expertise for Cognitive Stimulation using Technical Aids (CEN STIMCO). She co-heads the Memory Centre of Resources and Research for Alzheimer Disease in Ile de France. She is responsible for education in geriatrics at Paris Descartes University.

She has participated as chief researcher or co-investigator in about 60 research projects (national and European projects) and medical trials and has authored or co-authored 200 publications in peer-reviewed publications, including 140 publications indexed in medline (key-words: rigaud as and rigaud-monnet as).
