National Dementia Plans
In Switzerland, two motions on the need for a dementia plan were unanimously accepted in 2011 by the Conseil national. The next stage is for the second chamber (Conseil des Etats) to vote on the motions in the autumn. Should they be accepted, the government will have to develop a national Alzheimer’s plan.
