Cristel Schaldemose is a Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament.
She currently is a Member of the Committee on Budgetary Control and the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection, and a Substitute on the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development.
She joined the European Alzheimer's Alliance in 2008.
