ADI seeks opinions on stigma

Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) is conducting a survey that will focus on the stigma surrounding dementia worldwide. The association is looking for people with dementia and their carers to share their thoughts and experiences. Interested parties should send an email to info@alz.co.uk
