Marek Romecki was born on 31 July, 1953 in Gniezno. He describes himself in these words: “I do not work because some years ago I was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. I am a pensioner and live in Bydoszcz with my wife Janina. I have two sons Karol and Kamil and 2 grand-daughters Mia and Nadia. I like jazz music, sport and painting. I like to paint and draw too. I have a turtle. I like to participate in therapeutical sessions.”
