Christine De Veyrac is a Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats).
She currently is a Member of the Committee on Transport and Tourism and a Substitute on the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.
In her contributions to Alzheimer Europe's campaign to make dementia a European priority she :
- joined the European Alzheimer's Alliance and signed the Paris Declaration in February 2008,
- signed EP Written Declaration 80/2008 on the priorities in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.
