The secretariat will be supported by an Ethics Advisory Group composed of representatives of different nationalities and different professional backgrounds.

The Ethics Advisory Group will help the secretariat by:

• providing information on interesting literature and ethical positions and
• by determining the priority areas for the work of the network.

Members of the Ethics Advisory Group will be chosen on the basis of their significant activities in the field (studies in ethics and medical ethics, publishing record and other activities such as participation in ethical committees).

All members will be asked to provide information on their religious affiliations and membership in organisations which may be relevant for their positions on ethical issues by filling out a declaration of interests..
