Main Objectives

• Define and standardise protocol for analytical measures across sites
• Coordinate and conduct analysis of samples from all clinical and pre-clinical studies conducted
• Define mathematical models to be utilised for optimising study design based on describing the relationship between
  • drug exposure and the pharmacological response measured
  • cognitive challenge and resultant cognitive deficit
  • predictive capacity of pre-clinical biomarkers and models for man
  • predictive capacity of clinical markers/models for modelling disease progression
  • predictive capacity of clinical markers/models for predicting eventual efficacy
