Coelho Carlos (Member)

Carlos Coelho is a Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats).
He currently is a Member of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs and a Substitute on the Committee on Development and Subcommittee on Human Rights.
In his contributions to Alzheimer Europe's campaign to make dementia a European priority he :
- signed EP Written Declaration 80/2008 on the fight against Alzheimer's disease,
- joined the European Alzheimer's Alliance in February 2008,
- attended Alzheimer Europe annual conference in Lisbon in 2007 and signed the Paris Declaration.
