Main Objectives

The overall objective of this WP is to ensure the successful implementation of this project on a scientific, financial and management level. To achieve this we will focus on 3 main areas

1. Ensure efficient management of scientific activities (including ethics) and financial allocation/reporting
2. Ensure effective communication between partners to support sharing best practice, maximize synergies and prevent duplication
3. Ensure the protection and exploitation of the results of this project in an appropriate manner A Project Agreement will be signed by all the partners before the start of the project. This document will detail the management bodies, as well as the rules and duties of each partner in the project
