Kyriacos Triantaphyllis is a Member of the European Parliament from the Confederal Group of the European United Left - Nordic Green Left.
He currently is a Member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and a Substitute on the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
In is contributions to Alzheimer Europe's campaign to make dementia a European priority he :
- joined the European Alzheimer's Alliance in 2009,
- signed EP Written Declaration 80/2008 on the priorities in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.
