Registration for the 23rd Alzheimer Europe Conference will open on 15 February 2013.
It will be possible to register online from 1 Marc until 30 September 2013. After that date, online registration will close, but you will be able to register at the conference venue. Please see below for registration fees.

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Delegate bag and final programme including the abstract book
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception
- Scheduled coffee breaks on 11 and 12 October
- Scheduled lunches on 11 and 12 October
Payment
Online payments will be accepted for the 23rd Alzheimer Europe Conference in St. Julian's, Malta. You will receive an invoice/confirmation of payment within two weeks of paying. You should bring this confirmation of payment to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting your badge and documents.
If for some reason, you are unable to use the online payment facility, please contact the Alzheimer Europe secretariat.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation and change policy for Registrations
Any changes to a registration must be sent to Alzheimer Europe in writing (fax, letter or e-mail). Changes to a delegate's name are possible for an administrative fee of EUR 25.
All cancellations must be sent to Alzheimer Europe in writing (fax, letter or e-mail). For cancellations received by 31 July 2013, reservations will be refunded less €50 for administrative costs.
After this date, no refund will be possible. Nevertheless, a replacement for the participant will be accepted for an administrative fee of EUR 25.

Below you find the list of countries classified as high-income countries by the World Bank. If you come from a country not on the below list, you will be able to register with the reduced rate reserved for participants from low and middle income countries.
