Sigurd SPARR (Honorary Secretary)

Sigurd Sparr is a medical doctor, specialist in internal medicine, heart diseases and geriatrics.

 

Presently he is head of the Geriatric Unit, University Hospital of Northern Norway in Tromsoe, and has previously worked in Kirkenes, Oslo and Trondheim.

 

He has been active in the National Association for Health for many years, in the Heart Disease Council, the Council for elderly and the Central board.

 

Now he is head of the Norwegian Alzheimer Association and the Council for clinical ethics.
He is also a member of Alzheimer Europe Board.
